Who We Are
ZM & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm co-founded by Mohammed Zeeshan (FCA, CFE) and Mohammed Zahed (ACA, Cert. IFRS) — two professionals who built this firm around a shared conviction: that clients are best served by advisors who combine rigorous technical expertise with genuine accountability and clear communication.
Together, the partners bring over 15 years of combined professional experience across audit and assurance, forensic accounting, direct and indirect taxation, IND AS/IFRS financial reporting, and cross-border advisory. The firm serves businesses across different industries, including infrastructure, power, manufacturing, IT, healthcare, education, and the not-for-profit sector.
Our practice is built on a partner-led model: every engagement — regardless of size or complexity — is directly overseen by one of our partners from start to finish. This ensures that our clients always receive the quality of attention and expertise they deserve.

Mohammed Zeeshan
Mohammed Zeeshan, a Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, has over eight years of expertise in Forensic and Risk Advisory Services, specializing in forensic audits, due diligence, internal audits, financial fraud investigations, and anti-money laundering practices. As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), he combines technical acumen with strategic insights to help businesses detect and prevent fraud, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance. He is also a member of Financial Review Reporting Board (FRRB) with ICAI.
Zeeshan’s professional experience spans tax advisory and representation related assignments such as MAT impact assessments, set-aside/148/regular assessment and TDS proceedings, International Taxation related assignments including BEPS, US tax reforms, statutory and tax audits, and regulatory compliance. He has worked with diverse industries, including Infrastructure, IT, Power, Manufacturing, and more, providing tailored solutions for complex financial and operational challenges. His expertise in analysing financial data and assessing risks has been instrumental in supporting businesses with informed decision-making and strategic growth.

Mohammed Zahed
Mohd Zahed, with over 5 years of experience, brings extensive expertise in audit, risk, financial reporting, accounting, and financial advisory services. He has a strong history of achieving exceptional outcomes and resolving intricate accounting challenges for a broad range of clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
Zahed has worked with Grant Thornton in the Statutory Audit domain, where he honed his skills in conducting high-quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering valuable insights to clients for improved financial performance. Additionally, his experience as a Manager in Financial Reporting for a listed company has strengthened his proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, regulatory requirements, and strategic financial analysis. This role allowed him to develop a keen eye for detail-oriented reporting and an ability to address complex financial matters efficiently. Leveraging his deep expertise in AS, IND AS, and IFRS accounting standards, Zahed is well-positioned to deliver exceptional results, tailored solutions, and audit excellence, ensuring clients meet their financial and regulatory objectives with confidence and precision
